4.1 Copyright in the contents of the Website is owned by King's or by its content suppliers. Whilst King's makes all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the Website it cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for damage caused through the downloading of viruses. The content on the King's College London MEDSOC website does not reflect the views of King's. Such content only reflects the views and comments of those posting on the MEDSOC site.

10. Jurisdiction
The Website (including these Terms and Conditions of Use) shall be governed by English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of the Website and/or any transactions carries out via the Website.
